@MsCarla92 @ChicChronically Unfortunately I don't think queue placement had anything to do with it. I was below 2000 and got through in 3 minutes. Hopes extremely high just for everything to be unavailable and accused of being a bot multiple times

Trying to buy Lady Gaga tickets is one of the worst ticket experiences I’ve had. Tickets showing up on the map to just fade away - literally fade away- when trying to select them. Prices being stupidly high. Concerts really have become such a burden to buy tickets for

@NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with servers? I've had 0.05mbps download speed since yesterday. I can't get help without it forcing through to a technicial check which I can't do due to lack of download speed. The phone line doesn't want to work either from a different network

I know this is a very privileged problem to have, but the process of getting tickets to gigs now is ridiculous. I was in a queue for 50 min before presale opened, had to wait another 40 min to get to tickets just for it to not let me select anything and kick me out #BustedVsMcFly

@heartnvrlies the app is showing the link now! make sure to have an axs account and logged in. it went straight through, no queues or anything but i did have to reset my axs password

@rachellote @__Michou oh no! keep going! they will drop out of baskets for the first half hour or so, so keep trying!

@rachellote @__Michou including fees it was £295 for 2 tickets. standing would have been £97 each i think so in the grand scheme of it not a huge amount more
