@niamhlouisec We had to do a chargeback via the bank for Mode 2 tickets - Klub Kids ignored all our messages and emails. Funnily enough once the bank were involved with the dispute they paid up. Strange that 🤔 I'd suggest doing the same. You'll get nowhere otherwise. Hope you get sorted 🤞

Everyone I’ve spoken to has said how incredible the atmosphere is here at Trafalgar Square. Including one slightly confused group of tourists who asked what the result of the match was. I don’t think they believed me when I said it hadn’t happened yet.

Trying to apply for universal credit on the gov website. They don't make it easy! They say they will email you a code so you can create an account & proceed. Am still waiting for the code!! It says to ask for a new one if it doesn't come through - keep doing that! Nothing! Help!!
