@lastminute_com my cancellation which should have been processed as cash has been completed as a refund credit note and as a company you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of. How can I speak to someone to rectify your issue please?

I find that not alot of people know how to give a Epinephrine injection in an emergency situation (Epipen). Pull blue safety cap straight out, then swing and push orange tip firmly against outter thigh so it clicks, hold for 3 seconds to deliver drug. Rt to save a life.
