Spent hours watching players play live in Discord. Asked a shit ton of questions. Then spent more hours reading their feedback. My goal: understand what players actually do. The playtest worked. When people understood the system, everything clicked. Progression sped up, spending happened naturally, and competition emerged on its own. The biggest takeaway was that the first minutes matter more than anything, and its was not clear or sharp enough. When the next action is obvious, players move quickly. When the value is clear, they're putting their time and money. Players live for risk and failure. They hate waiting. No tension means boredom. The core loop holds. Landowners optimize and compete. Non-landowners min max energy. Two sides of the same coin. Now it’s refinement. Sharper onboarding. Louder value signals. Clearer wins and losses. On to the last 5%.

My plan is simple: win or die trying. 76 Days left.

A founder being this transparent, this invested, and fully committed to his community is something you rarely see. @0xfanfaron has been funding the vision himself, no salary for two years, just pure dedication. That’s real leadership. Rooting for him and for all of us.

It’s crazy hard to build something truly valuable in the crypto world. @0xfanfaron team delivered what was for me the best game experience on @AbstractChain I’m a huge believer of 77Bits this project deserves a win ✳️💚

Not gonna lie it truly bamboozles me how, after all the absolute soulless hot garbage that crypto VCs funded in web3 gaming over the years, @the77bit struggled to find funding. @BitBoromir is an absolute gem of a human and a masterful jack of all trades in game design. Despite the technical challenges that early decisions before his time caused and severe hardships in personal life he shipped a more flavorful, unique, and culture rich world for the game than many huge teams could and one that has more soul to it than like 90% of web3 gaming slob and half the current Steam releases combined. Idk how there aren’t more people out there noticing his unique skill set and potential. @0xfanfaron might be the chief of bozos at times but he’s one of the most passionate founders out there who keeps bouncing back up after being knocked down like a roly-poly doll. He’s fearless and willing to put himself out there and isn’t backing down from radically innovating and experimenting. While this sometimes causes things to blow up in his face I believe this is exactly the type of crazy energy that this stagnated crypto gaming space needs rn. Gonna keep supporting them till Valhalla or zero. P.S.: Always have a position for you @BitBoromir as my personal game designer in my basement if things fully blow up.
