As stated in the announcement shared by KRX (the organizer) yesterday, this issue was caused by a ticketing system error. The organizer is currently reviewing the overall situation and taking necessary actions, and Gen.G is closely coordinating with them. Accordingly, the general sale for the Away section originally scheduled for 8 PM today has been postponed to allow for system inspection and stabilization. Further updates regarding Gen.G Away seat sales and any related measures will be communicated promptly once confirmed with the organizer.
