I know someone from Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, Cambodia, Guatemala, Haiti, El Savador, Ukraine, Yemen, Vietnam etc had once “welcomed the United States involvement” in their matter. Do you know what happened to those countries post US involvement? I know you know, but your “welcoming” of U.S. involvement isn’t about truth or justice. It’s rooted in anti-Islamic rhetoric masked as “patriotic” concern.

في التثقيف اللغوي (مؤنة ومؤونة) هاتان كلمتان قريبَتَا اللفظ بعيدَتَا المعنى. فكلمة "مُؤْنَة" تعني المشقة التي يبذلها الإنسان، سواءٌ كانت بدنيَّة أم ماليَّة. فيقال لك - مثلًا -: "لقد كفاك فلانٌ مُؤْنَةَ استئجار منزل جديد". أما كلمة "مَؤُوْنَة"، فتعني الإمداد بالطعام والشراب، فيقال – مثلًا -: "لقد أتى فلانٌ أهلَ بيته بمَؤُوْنَةِ شهر". ومن الأخطاء الشائعة قولهم: "تم تزويد الجيش بالمُؤَن"، وهذا غلط؛ لأن كلمة "مُؤَن" هي جمع لكلمة "مُؤْنَة"، وليس هذا هو المعنى المراد هنا. والصواب أن يقال: "مَؤُوْنات"، مثل: "معونة، معونات".
