@0_unknown01 @leftistally people that either dont draw or dont care about animation always make these "no details" arguments, demon slayer is typically very stiff because of how theyre rendered, real motion will always come from shows like jjk and others that dont conflate more lines = better

mappa fans are genuinely so stupid cuz theyre now calling one of the greatest 2d anime sequence in anime history "3d slop" you are just jealous that jjk will never have a scene which as fluid and well animated as this

Notice how they remove so much detail and make higuruma faceless in order to achieve that fluidity... and its not even an action sequence. And even after allat its not as good as DS. Ufotable on the other does not sacrifice details and especially in heavy action based sequences its extremely detailed. Now imagine if mappa is struggling to keep the details for that small higuruma scene, how will they manage to animate action sequences? wait.. i dont have to imagine it cuz they already did it 😂

@0_unknown01 to be fair, alot of their stuff just ends up looking 3d anyways so i dont blame him for feeling that way, nice effect animation.
