When Jeanette’s daughter was thirteen, she became caught up in what Jeanette describes as the transgender contagion spreading among adolescent girls. Her mental health plummeted. The stress of pretending to be a boy at school resulted in habitual stomach aches. This clip is a snippet from the full video where Jeanette discusses how they successfully reclaimed their sweet daughter before she reached adulthood. From holding the line with her birth name and pronouns to monitoring her communications and phone access. We’re sorry for misleading you, but there were actually MORE than 70 detransitioners in Washington on March 12th. Genspect sponsored 70 detransitioners to attend, but others paid out of pocket to be there. Some people weren’t comfortable being photographed, which is why not EVERY detransitioner who attended is in this picture. Hope that clears things up!

Dennis Kavanagh of the Gay Men’s Network pulls no punches: "How much of an expert do you have to be when the MHRA medical regulators say some of these kids are going to have heart attacks? They’re going to get breast cancer. They’re going to experience blood clotting ... You don't need to be an expert to look at the data and see what happened at the Tavistock. We should be angry about this. This is 21st-century gay conversion therapy. And it’s a species of harm that is particularly visited on young girls."

Very good point made here that isn’t properly explored as part of the media narrative that the various stages of ‘transition’ are separate and ‘pick n mix’, with some bits reversible and some not, rather than an conveyor belt. Breast-binding, promoted here by the BBC x.com/bbcthree/statu… is portrayed as a part of social transition because it’s about presentation and ‘expression’. That means its profound and permanent physical impacts are ignored. Similarly with ‘tucking’ the penis and testicles. See more here from @genspect on the medical damage done, and on media claims that both are not only harmless but beneficial open.substack.com/pub/genspect/p… Because there are no drugs or surgeries involved, binding and tucking are portrayed as wholly reversible, just like the clothes and pronouns of ‘social transition’: part of a watching and waiting period. But not only are they the initial steps on the road to drugs and surgery, they’re not reversible even if they stop there, and drugs and surgery are not pursued. However far a ‘transitioning’ person walks along that road, they can’t undo it and go back to the beginning. All they can do is move off it and take a different path forward. None of it - none - is reversible.
