The team got bigger. Now it’s all about approvals and guidance. Wish someone would’ve told me to prepare for all the distractions a big team produces So if your scaling your team soon. Be prepared to fight for your time & focus + put systems in place

Out of office driving to the set of a film production we do tomorrow. These motion sickness cues by apple are the best thing that changed in iOS in ages. Would pay for the feature easily

I just sent a 20K proposal to a client for a full SEO gig and I feel that my cat is judging me... My cat: Aren't you suppose to be an indie maker? Why are you doing agency job? But what Misty fails to understand is that my goal is not to succeed with one project but to become the best entrepreneur I can be. And for that I need to understand every type of entrepreneur job. Being that a SaaS, and agency or even an info product! I want to learn how to make money in all kinds of projects. Will be talking about this in the next @indiefounderpod episode btw...

Your employee cancels for an 8 a.m. client job tomorrow, and you’re too far away to step in yourself. How do you handle these moments emotionally when running your own business?

Solve 100€ problems. Tell people about it. Solve 1.000€ problems. Get referrals and build case studies. Solve 10.000€ problems. ∞

@heyseb_ And authenticity is hard to convey with AI. So, for true engagement, you inevitably need to invest your time and energy

500 → 870 followers in 14 days. Growth from: • Consistency Daily • 2+ Hours Engaging/Day • Some more luck 😅 But this time, there was something bigger… Authenticity. Maybe it was from relatability or others appreciating the honesty. But authenticity had inspiration that connected with others. Find yours and share it.

I forgot my laptop - this has never happened in my life before. I'd rather forget my phone than my MacBook... I had to drive back home and lost 2 hours. I'm seriously doubting the vibe of the day, haha.

What opportunities are we missing by trapping ourselves in “playing it safe”?

Here's what stops most of us (including me): Monthly revenue feels uncertain. Monthly payroll is 💯 guaranteed. So we do this: File away ideas Delay decisions Keep it small Work longer hours

The most expensive employee is the one you never hired. I’ve identified this for my past year. Might be true for you too. The signs are: Quality starting to go down Growth feels capped Declining opportunities Ideas stay just ideas

Just took a peek at these ‘entry-level’ corporate assessment questions. I’ve been running businesses (and hiring people!) for over a decade, and I’m still stumped. Are they testing for wizardry? :D

Probably it’s about balance. Usually is. ✔️ Discipline keeps things moving. ✔️ Creativity brings life into the work. How do you handle the boring parts of your day?

Here’s what’s been stuck in my head since: I think I jumped on my friend’s project because I needed to escape my day. And for a while, it worked. The challenge? Bringing that same energy into the boring, repetitive parts of the day.

How A Sudden Favor Became My Best Work Of The Day ... 😆 I woke up early. But unlike most days, I was not feeling it. Groggy, grumpy, ...? Just one of those mornings where you’re off before the coffee kicks in. It was going to be a long day. Or so I thought.
