An environmental catastrophe and many of the dogs are utterly bored and are not looked after properly. They also cause havoc for ground nesting birds and kill people.

This really is scandalous... All this roadside equipment was recovered from just one road. We reckon it's worth over £2,000, but it's just been abandoned. That is taxpayers money just left by the side of the road. Do these public bodies think money grows on trees??😡
