This week we had the vibrant Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations at the #SiemensHealthineers Development Center in #Bangalore. Throwback to a picture from one of the past year's celebrations. A very happy #KannadaRajyotsava to all my colleagues and friends in #India.

We had Laughter Yoga session into our annual Digital Company Days, a two-day conference where the community driving the internal digital transformation at #SiemensHealthineers meets to share the best practices. Over 130 colleagues joined us for session, & we all had a great time.

Delivered a keynote address at the 2nd edition of @EconomicTimes Global Digital League. I talked about the #Business continuity & resilience in the new normal while also touching upon our healthineers way of working, which focuses on coaching, #trust & #empowerment of our people.

Last month, it was back to university for me. I gave guest lecture to 80 bright young minds of @iimb_official about #leadership in a virtually connected world,based on my personal experiences.I enjoy these interactions & they help me to learn new things & to continuously improve.

Last year, people were either forced to or they intentionally gave #vacation a miss. Safety has been a priority since the pandemic. So, this summer we chose to go on a road trip to Vienna. And when in #Vienna, taking a ride in the big Ferris wheel on the famous Prater is a must.
