For years I have obsessed over @stripe’s culture. I keep a Notion page called Stripe culture to compile all public documentation I can find around how they operate. Nerded out about this with @zebriez once only to discover she has a far more thorough compilation. When I heard about this new book on scaling people by Stripe COO @chughesjohnson, I don’t think I smashed that pre-order button harder in my life. This operating bible is incredible. I’ve been savoring each chapter and quite literally feel glee every time I open the book because my brain explodes with learnings from every single page. It’s the ultimate goldmine on understanding how Stripe, Google, and Claire operate and how to apply these principles and tactics into your own organization. This is not sponsored and I don’t know Claire at all but thank you for writing this @chughesjohnson. I hope your book inspires more leaders to codify and share their company’s operating principles publicly like this.
