FFR is a surrogate for ischemia. Ischemia is a marker of adverse outcomes, not a cause. Revascularization of individuals with ischemia does not improve outcomes on OMT. Why do we still obsess over FFR and its derivatives?

@DrRajeshG1 @dissengagement Interestingly, the colour code of electrode V1 (C1) is red. Also, in India, the right arm electrode is coloured red unlike the US system. So if one intends to obtain Lewis configuration to check atrial activity, one can see red one there.
