@GetaroundUK I paid for a car rental for Monday morning, providing all documents required + extra my account is still fully registered. Am a bit anxious that I will arrive at my destination with a family of 5 and will not be able to use the vehicle that I paid for. Please help!

@Getaround just went to pick up my car, booking still says confirmed, but car is no longer available for rental. All you’re telling me to do is contact the owner who isn’t picking up. Why didn’t you delist the car???
