We bought out the TSA trays at SJC Airport. Probably the last place you’d expect to see a security & compliance company. And that’s exactly why we did it.

The networking event is broken. Everyone knows it. Nobody fixes it. We did. Mission IRL brought together leaders from @jpmorgan to founders with serious funding rounds at Focus Innovation Studio SF, with one non-negotiable rule. You cannot leave until you've created real value for yourself and someone else in the room. Pressure creates output. This is the event format we're building at Delve. And last night proved it works. One interesting observation I’ve noticed is a lot of top founders did oddly strong at math from a young age.
