PPD is kicking my ass, I cannot wait to feel like myself again

I’ve been on maternity leave for a month now and I’m lowkey bored.. and I don’t go back to work until may😫

I paid $0 for mine.. my bf and my family helped out with literally everything so we didn’t have to stress about paying for stuff

my taxes and my first check for my maternity leave hit today

I really wanna try on all my jeans and see how they fit since I’ve had my son, but I also don’t wanna be sad when they don’t fit lol

did I get really lucky with my 2 week old who feeds every 2-3hrs and then sleeps the rest of the time? are these the newborn trenches people talk about? lol

so much fun waking up with leaking and engorged, rock hard boobs😭

thank god for breastfeeding cause my stomach went down quick lol

planning my baby shower with my mom is hell cause she literally doesn’t remember anything we talked about😭 we talked about all the food my bf’s family is making, then 2 days later asked if she could make a bunch of stuff cause I “only mentioned 2 dishes” like girl

I love when I’m poking around my belly trying to feel where my son is at and then he pops up somewhere I was already poking lol

damn I’m really 8 months pregnant LOL

I love the village us and our son has already and he’s not not even here yet😭❤️

dealing with a narcissistic and selfish mother during my pregnancy has been VERY eye opening, and sad.. but I cannot continue to try to prioritize her feelings while mine get pushed aside
