The website is a .co.uk and is clearly illegal. Even if the set up is more sophisticated and the UK address is just a garden shed or a PO Box the powers that be can get it taken down, should get it taken down, and can go after the hosting company. If it was more sinister and selling hard drugs how long would it be there? @GamRegGB surely this is in your remit? Why is it still there after you have known about it for two months? How much harm is it doing? Or don't you really care for fair gambling?

Unfortunately not quite that easy, there are over 1,000 domains connected to 'Thetownhouse.co.uk' that are redirecting in a monumental fraud. Early checks suggest this network is based in Kazakhstan, might have a bit more difficulty sending somebody over there. Ultimately, enforcement is pretty useless at site level.
