@getpseudoed @waltz_tales @elljuna Do you feel comfortable sharing which one? I can't take SSRIs or SNRIs unless the histamine issues get under control and maybe not then. And I only feel Actually Depressed when histamine is up too high but this sounds intriguing.

fyi if you or someone you know have sudden si, consider trying an h1 antihistamine. so many folks have covid-induced histamine intolerance rn.

@Angie_BoPeepers @waltz_tales @elljuna Slightly off topic but maybe of interest to the general conversation here (histamine/depression): my gastro doc just gave me an Rx for a med that might help with nausea, low appetite, and insomnia; part of it’s mechanism is as an H1 blocker, but it’s classed as an antidepressant.

@waltz_tales @elljuna I've seen a lot of people with long covid take an H2 but I only take famotadine occasionally. @getpseudoed recently discovered H2 blockers may worsen food allergies and that's a big problem for me personally but may not be an issue for others. So it's kind of an experiment.

Cuba has a proven and consistent track record of helping so many countries not just in the Caribbean but elsewhere during natural disasters, humanitarian crises and just in general. To see so many countries turn their backs on them right now is unbelievable.
