Battery life is a solved problem with Framework 13 Pro running on Intel Panther Lake and Omarchy. I took the laptop on my second trip and here are the numbers: • I charged it before leaving home. • I used it for 1.5 hours at the airport. • Then, used it for about 5 hours during the flight. • Then, used it for about 1 hour the next morning. I plugged the laptop with 36%. My usage was mostly browsing the web and social media, about 1 hour of Claude Code and Visual Studio Code, and I had a docker container running a database all the time. Honestly, this is more battery life than what I need. I can leave my house early on without carrying a charger and know I'll be back in the afternoon with enough juice.

The new Intune Settings Catalog policy for removing Copilot from Windows 11 is a good start. But the policy alone isn't enough. You'll want AppLocker on top of it. Full walkthrough, XML included, in the video. @MSIntune #copilot #m365 youtu.be/2t6-NQxpyZ4

But then they showed off Continuum, and for a second, the room went silent. It felt like a genuine game-changer. The "PC in your pocket" dream was finally happening. Plug your phone into a dock and boom: a full desktop UI. It was years ahead of its time, yet it never truly caught on. Even today, Samsung has a dedicated cult following for DeX, but they still struggle to explain to the average person why they need it. Being "first" in tech is rarely enough if the ecosystem isn't ready to follow. Still, I’ll always have a soft spot for that Lumia 950 era and the absolute ambition behind it. @getrubix @FrameworkPuter I’ll be curiously following along to see how it goes. The specs look really good. I also like personalization options. The upgradability is very appealing! The downside of buying a Mac is that you eventually could have a beautiful piece of hardware that’s no longer supported.
