I farm in Manordeilo and have caught two local farmers stealing our sheep. Caught the first in the middle of re tagging our 25 ewe lambs in his shed. Then found 5 missing tups lambs a mile away in amongst ewes with their tags cut out. Who should I report these 2 sheep thieves to?
