It is remarkable to see Bill Clinton when he was President did the same thing Trump is doing now. Trump is being nice to Putin and Russia partly because he needs their cooperation to negotiate a peace deal. Biden never even spoke to Putin. How is that diplomacy? Watch Zelenskyy maligning Putin in the Oval Office last Friday. Trump immediately said, you don’t malign someone in public and then call them up and say let’s make a deal. Yet that’s what Zelenskyy wanted Trump to do. Trump didn’t take the bait and threw Zelenskyy out of the White House. Zelenskyy apologists don’t get it. Bill Clinton, your hero, said Putin is very smart and he said you don’t malign people in public if you want to work with them.

Imagine if you were suddenly appointed AG or head of the FBI. You were just thrown on a ship with a hostile crew. Until you appoint some new crew members and figure out the ropes, you can’t steer the ship effectively. It’s literally impossible.

A strong, American POTUS would warn Russia and threaten to wipe out Moscow if they don't leave Ukraine. Of course together with all our allies standing together. That was the great America we had.

@WallStreetMav @krassenstein @elonmusk Many have tried to negotiate with Putin and failed (even though agreements were signed and assurances given). All Zelenskyy wants is assurances from the US that should the next attempt be broken, they'll help protect Ukraine because they will be the target.
