@SandyfordHseDub Folks, visited today and told only fully GF item on lunch menu was the roast of the day. Your menu is very misleading, the allergens aren't correct if there is cross contamination.Just want you to be safe for future customers, you could make someone very ill.

Has anyone gotten their coeliac cert from @TescoIrl for 2017? I've been told mine was resent twice and originally sent in early April but still no sign. My spirit is broken re same.

@TescoIrl Oh great, thanks so much. FYI Alan who I spoke to today told me it's not physically possible to find out the dates. Obvs I disagreed with him since it's illogical (a system or human somewhere must know) but he was rather condescending about it.

@Tesco Hi Cameron, I'm in Ireland so it's prob @TescoIrl that should be dealing....just would love to not be constantly fobbed off. The staff seem unable to get basic info as apparently it's impossible to say when I will get my cert.

@TescoIrl Thanks Brian, I have been promised callbacks and emails confirming when I'm going to receive it. That's all I want to know. Have gotten nothing. Awful experience, really shocking for @Tesco. Waiting over a month and keep being told it's in hand....how can I believe this?

@TescoIrl It's not actually, I keep getting told that it's not possible to tell me if it was posted or when it was posted. All I am being told is that you requested it to be posted, multiple times.

@TescoIrl Twice now but no dates given. Just on to a chap there who is apparently going to email to confirm date latest one was sent.
