As sick to my stomach as I was when Trump issued his blanket pardon for all his criminal minions prosecuted for his Capitol riot, I never questioned his constitutional authority to do so. The tariff issue is a different story.

Please my American patriot friends, read the Constitution to learn that Congress, not the President, is vested with the power to impose taxation. This must be realized as one of the most important measures of all!!!

I will be supremely disappointed if the Supreme Court does not unanimously support the circuit court ruling on the reciprocal tariff issue.

On Trump’s reciprocal tariffs: the trade bills of 1962 and 1974 cannot possibly be interpreted to mean that the President has authority to unilaterally jack up tariff rates on every single trading partner on the planet at his whim. It is really a no brainer.
