This is my take on the engineer deck I played yesterday in IPT Milan. 4-4 is the final score. The deck felt really strong, the losses were all close. I made some missplays against elves and hot dogs due to my lack of experience with the deck. Ggs. Great time playing Dandan

6-2 with Monster Tron in a ~200 player event , 23th The deck is what it is — fun, not strong (we all know it 😅) But I had a great time (+ I played without a card I had listed, luckily it was a sideboard card 😂) PS: check the pic lol @LPComense @fireshoes

Trophy with white weenie! In my quest to learn how to do a combat step (still a long way to go) i picked up white weenie, and after 3 4-1s i finally manage the trophy. List is not really stock, the current ones online seem really random. more considerations in the comments

@daifuku0290 Have you always been able to find time to cast it? Have you usually been able to use both of its mana on the first turn? I would be worried about the initial loss of tempo for a 3 mana rock.

@ggerg Thanks! I think Waterskin is perfect for generating mana. Since I’m running four copies of Mulldrifter and Ephemerate, I need a lot of mana to make the most of the card advantage. There are a lot of 1-mana cards, so it works really well.

5-2 with UWR Control in the modern challenge. The deck is surprisingly good, and crushes quite easily all the combo decks, while having a decent plan against midrange. Funny enough I lost the win and in to Creativity, likely the only combo deck I can't beat.

I'm back from #paupergeddon. The results were disappointing, but I learned a lot and had a great time. Thanks to the group of players from Barcelona I had the pleasure of spending the last few days with. I'll be back. Viva la focaccia!!!

@paolo_donfra Did the others.on Lignify do as well vs Madness? What was the combined winrate in the matchup?

11-3 for 19th place at Paupergeddon. 5th Geddon in a row where I place in top 32 or higher. I have mixed feelings about this recurring x-3 score. The Golden Pigs team went with Elves after rediscovering Lignify, which allowed me to beat 4 Madness out of 4! MUs and thoughts ⬇️

@ggerg Saturday evening I took the placemat of the pizza restaurant with the menu printed. On Sunday I play with that a couple of games, but it was uncofortable ahha😂

It's the third time I write an article about Pauper for Ultimate Guard, and third time I start it saying "panic mode" when talking about deck selection. I am starting to think it's part of the allure of the format, or maybe I am terrible at this stage.
