@Will_NOLA Legitimate questions for sure. The shooting is a non-negotiable—if you can't put floor spacers around Zion, halfcourt offense will be subpar. Another thing I'd add, in the place the front office stands and where they want to go -- can they afford not to build around him?

@ggidds2 This was great. The ? My concern: is the 1 elite skill worth building around when the other 4 guys absolutely have to plug all of those holes? Shooting, rim protection, defense, rebounding, & shot creation (if he's not the defacto PG) is a tall order if he is your big $ guy.

Also, there will be no hiding how they operate when it comes to this coaching search. Dumars said the coaching lists out there are "far-fetched" and that personal ties won't matter. We'll see if someone like Kevin Ollie gets interviewed

I'll talk more about Joe Dumars' end of season press conference on Locked On Pelicans but Dumars saying Troy Weaver's fingerprints are all over OKC is a pretty absurd thing to say.
