This SIMPLE Strategy Keeps Working on YouTube!
There is a simple strategy I have been using lately to easily evaluate if my strategy is poor or the algorithm doesn't yet understand what the channel is all about and finds it difficult to push it to a broader audience.
I initially was the CREATE ONE CHANNEL and upload to 15 - 20 videos for those already good in it. Or go as high as over 30 videos as a beginner.
But I then realised that you can upload 2 similar contents in topic, niche, format, etc, on 2 different channels. One will do exceptionally well, and the other won't move a needle.
I did it so many times.
I tried to define if it has to the algorithm positioning via the scripts?
I ensured the same keywords placements and all that. Still yet.
No 2 channels of the same kind will perform similarly.
One will always do better than the other.
Whenever I want to go into a new niche, I create 2 to 3 channels. I try to monetised the 3. But in a month, the one trusted by the algorithm will be known.
More efforts will then be channelled into it.
It's easier for me because I have a large team.
For those without a large team, you can start with 2 channels.
The idea is for you not to upload 30+ videos, thinking the strategies are entirely bad when the issue is from the algorithm.
Though, it could be your strategy. But for someone with results, it's easy to analyse and tell yourself the truth.
See the calculation for me...
If 3 of the new channels do not do well after a number of video(depends on niche), then the issue is from my end. (Hardly will I try 3 channels and fail)
But if 1 out of 2/3 succeeds, it's from the algorithm.
Saves me time questioning myself or wasting further resources.
If you gain, REPOST and follow.
