She spent her Block Internship semester at McCormick Middle School in Buda, TX, and her student teaching semester in Leander ISD, where she student taught under Patrice Chappell at Laura Welch Bush Elementary and Jessica Gonzales at Four Points Middle School.

as well as taught the front ensemble in 2020 at Hays High School in Buda, TX, where the marching band made their first appearance at UIL State Marching Competition since 2009.
