I need to make a thread on Gilbert chagoury . I think half of Nigerians do not even know who that demon is . He’s a Lebanese billionaire who owns Nigeria . All the money Tinubu is borrowing for costal roads and all , yeah half of that cash goes to chagoury group .

I’ve never wanted something as badly as I want my life to dramatically change for the better… best… over the next few months. It’s time. It’s my time.

Peter Obi@PeterObi

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

One of my biggest regrets is not keeping a record of all the books l read when I was younger because I' never know the true number of books I've read and I'll never remember the books that shaped me into the person I am today😔

Guyssssss 😭 One of the pharm tech snitched and word got to the theatre. My husband’s cousin who works as a nurse came to the pharmacy to “beat this babe”. Like, she was going to swallow her alive. She just marched in, picked out the girl and said “are you the one that wants to see Dr E.?”, when the girl confirmed she was, she almost pounced on her. “who are your parents?” “Ashawooooooo” “you no even fine sef, na this worwor face you wan take collect person husband?” At first the girl didn’t clock what was happening so it was quickly turning into a hot exchange of words. As she was embarrassing the girl and we were trying to hold her, she was apologizing to me, and that was when it finally occurred to our small wife that she has effed up seriously. She became so quiet, like a dog soaked in rain. In between my husband walked in with another man who turned out to be the friend’s husband. Apparently he went upstairs to report to the friend first that her friend wants to scatter his marriage. He asked me “babe are you okay?”, I only said “our small wife brought me lunch why won’t I be okay?”. Then he turned to her and asked “when you asked me for my number, did I not tell you my wife will beat you up?” The girl started crying. I almost felt sorry for her because the embarrassment was too much. The friend’s husband was just looking at her and saying “Violet why you do this thing? na so you be? tell them sorry make you comot from here” The friend’s husband sha took her away but my husband’s cousin kept clapping and doing “wooooooooo”. It was all so funny. The pharm techs secured the soup inside the fridge. They asked them to bring it out and they said “police no dey release evidence”. 😭🤣🤣

If somewhat somehow Peter Obi does not get on the ballot, the political apathy that’ll hit will be harder than crack. Many people esp young people are somewhat hopeful cos his name is still in the mix, ain’t no one queuing for an Amaechi or Aregbesola bfr

The number of kids Tinubu will put on the street far outweighs how many Tunde can lift out of the street. He's not doing Nigerians any favour. Come off it.

We were caught unawares in 2023, but this time everyone should be planning to go to their polling unit with their HD camera, rechargeable or battery operated light, and power bank Once they start the counting, photograph and film everything. Film every single sheet and official

Your votes actually count. Parts of it gets rigged, but it counts. If it doesn't, politicians won't invest hundreds of millions in vote buying. Rigging is mathematically limited, and if the gap is huge enough, you can't close it. Get your PVC.
