A sexual assault investigation of a child that started in September of last year leads to an arrest of a man living in Logansport. The case against 25-year-old Bryan Perez remains under seal in Cass County but I can tell you he was taken into custody on March 12 in the 2800 block of E. Market Street in Logansport. He faces two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. The charges were filed on February 27th. The prosecutor asked for the case to be under seal stating it was an ongoing investigation. Perez had an initial hearing on Friday where his bond was set at 5k cash or 25k Surety. I reached out to the prosecutor for more information. The Logansport Police asked for anyone with information on the case to come forward. More information as I get it.
