@ghostmondo Analog is specifically the analog stick direction bindings, and is there to enable pads and crossup type controllers to work, since they use both digital and analog inputs.

Tldr; up input wins and neutral SOCD is cool, last input wins is not cool. You can have up on the same peripheral twice if it's analog+digital

@yohosiefgc maybe im misunderstanding. that's where my confusion lies. Xbox elite back buttons aren't separate buttons, they're mapped existing buttons. I can't have dash on a paddle without it also being a button on the controller.
so it can't technically be the "only" one.

@ghostmondo You can map dash to the back buttons if it's the only one on your pad, and you should be able to remap your analog there too for jumping. Digital plus analog on the same peripheral is fine

@yohosiefgc im a lil confused on the multiple button for attack/dash.
ive uses the xbox elite controller in the past. the back buttons are mapped as other buttons. i used them for movements (jump, dash, etc).
is that illegal? for example dash being RB and a back paddle mapped to RB?

there are many versions of this. most of my friends have left behind the true competitive mentality. it's why I quit fps and came to fgc.

- assist shouldn't have defensive options. no other assist does.
- bleed/poison should be either disabled or significantly reduced for the timer duration.
the rest of it I think is completely fine.

@QrayEx @Sajam @Diaphone_ as I said, its advantage state is amazing. but yes it's overtuned. i don't think things about it are fair.
what I'm specifically stating here is that when it's in a neutral and disadvantageous state, it's not that strong. on-hit and oki is very strong.

@Sajam @Diaphone_ the thing is I think this fuse is good in that way. it's neutral and disadvantage states are pretty bad, but its advantage state is amazing. (comparative to other fuses)
i think as time passes the lab monsters will find super cheap setups, but also pretty strong counterplay.

@Diaphone_ I think there are times where I use it where I think “if I was just freestyle or 2X instead I kill there” because of the cost. It also doesn’t have double tag.
But then I do something insane and I’m like “oh that’s cheap” IMO as usual it will take time to tell.
