Resident Evil 9 definitely starts off like a 9/10…but it sure finishes like a 6/10. I have no clue why they abandoned the near perfect first third (Rhodes/Grace) for the interesting attempt second third (City/Leon) or for the outright boring final third (ARK)! Also too short🤷
