@0BurkeBlack0 SM7b won't be great for that placement, but you could swap it for a different shotgun mic there! Probably won't sound quite as rich as the SM7b but some of the better ones can get quite close

Those of you that use a SM7B mic, how close does it have to be to work effectively? I dont like mics right in my face, and was thinking I could put it here aimed at me, would that work?

@_BenjaminGreen really unsure at the moment from my fist impressions, definitely had set my left click far too low, had many moments of misfiring. It’s really cool and interesting for sure but to me personally it doesn’t feel as impactful as how rapid trigger impacted keyboards
