@Thyfemaleprogen @whooith Surgery is a normal thing in the modern age, you know? If your genes make you lose hair and you don't like that, you can get new hair. Chromosomes are less important than observable characteristics in general.

It's interesting when you approach a transphobe of "what Is a man" they don't respond These people don't think trans women are men, they are just misogynistic and decide to harass trans women because it's more socially acceptable to harass us than cis women.

@Malware1991 @username19th @LightThunderYo @nyaraVT Can you call yourself a man under this definition of man? I'll be impressed if you know your own chromosomes.

@Jokes_and_quote @cycledance @nyaraVT I answered your question without AI. Testes can function with or without difficulty depending on the individual of any gender. You might have strong opinions on what counts as a man.

@ghostt_toast @cycledance @nyaraVT Yep, which 0 females have functioning testes. It’s quite hilarious how you’ll answer a question without at all answering the question, because you know you’re unable to without looking dumb. You used google AI, saw it said you’re wrong, and resorted to this.

@PoorApeLmfaoo @Dangus82189789 @RedactedDriver @whooith @grok You keep talking about male puberty and functionality with certainty because you can experience it. You don't experience chromosomes so it's strange to say you must have them. Doesn't matter what the exact odds are, do you accept you might not have Y chromosomes?

@ghostt_toast @Dangus82189789 @RedactedDriver @whooith @grok (2) so off the bat it’s a 0.005% chance of having it, and then a 0% chance I wouldn’t have known given I show all signs of normal male puberty and absolutely 0 signs of having XX disorder. How did you reach your conclusion there’s a .1% chance I have XX?

@GotArty @whooith You're unusually invested about having a particular set of chromosomes. I don't know why it's more important to you than your gonads. You can identify as a man without needing the Y chromosome.

its crazy you can spout nonesense but didnt even take the time to look into the very source you linked (my ama) where I disproved the part about dilation almost immediately. a prostate in a trans woman is almost as irrelevant as chromosomes, they don't matter.
GotArty@GotArty

@RepeatsHistory_ @whooith @NickAndrew51817 @Asmongold 1. The prostate is not usually removed during gender affirming surgery (such as a vaginoplasty or vulvoplasty) because of the risk of side effects. 2. Dilation is needed so the "hole" will not shrink or close eventually. I urge you to read on the "side effects" part.

@Thyfemaleprogen @whooith Gluing fur to your face is not the same as growing facial hair with testosterone. It's as real as it can get. The underlying chromosomes don't matter. You don't even know your own chromosomes but you have a strong connection to your gender anyways.

@ghostt_toast @whooith "The effects of your species (fur, voice, whether you walk on two legs or four) are more important than your species itself" "If you glue fur to your face and get a deep voice and start woofing, this is more important than if you're ACTUALLY a dog or not" No, reality matters.

@GotArty @whooith You can get a karyotype at any moment, it's not limited to emergencies. It's literally the only way to confirm you have Y chromosomes. The lack of gene tests implies you're not all that emotionally invested in your genes. There's nothing wrong with that, though.

@GotArty @whooith SOX9 doesn't always need SRY to activate, and SRY can sometimes be on the X chromosome and activate SOX9 just fine. You call yourself a male without photographic evidence of your Y chromosome as if it's not that important to know for certain.

@ghostt_toast @whooith There is however one thing common in all healthy male humans, that's Y Chromosome. Well, not the only one, but the one that is responsible for development into a male, a man, instead of a female, a woman.

@GotArty @whooith You don't need a Y chromosome for SOX9 to initiate testis development. The only way to know for sure is to get a karyotype and check if the Y chromosome is there.

@GotArty @whooith You identify strongly with being a man without strongly identifying with the Y chromosome, otherwise you'd try really hard to get a karyotype to confirm you actually have it.

@ghostt_toast @whooith I was born healthy without physical disorders. I know I have it because I developed phenotypically male. My body developed male gonads. I don't have any mental disorders that would put those things to question in my mind. Come on, let me hear the spin on this. You're edging.

@whooith Well, it might be irrelevant to you. Biology says only men develop prostate. You see where this is going. Penetrative sex can replace dilation, but doesn't change the fact you need to do it semi-regularly for the rest of your life.

@ghostt_toast @Dangus82189789 @RedactedDriver @whooith @grok I’ll break it down. You asked to define a man. I did. And have already showcased that I can in fact know my chromosomes with 99.9% certainty based on my developmental path and lack of any signs of having a rare genetic disorder. I have a functioning male reproductive system. XY.

@ghostt_toast @cycledance @nyaraVT And just btw, my question was can you point to a single case where a biological female shot semen into another biological female and got them pregnant. In case you didn’t find out when googling it, the answer is that it’s never happened. Because it can’t happen. You’re welcome.

@ghostt_toast @whooith Almost like chromosones are something that causes biological traits to be reflected, and can usually be inferred through physical traits unless somebody is actively lying about their gender, AKA is trans.

@ghostt_toast @Dangus82189789 @RedactedDriver @whooith @grok How? Outside of trying to play weird technicalities, every single able minded individual who saw me would agree I’m a man and do not have a female set of chromosomes. I dont go around yelling it to the sky. You pressed the issue. I just defined male as a biological classification

@Jokes_and_quote @cycledance @nyaraVT Unless you're asking for specific individuals as if I'm familiar with everybody, I already answered your question. Testicles can produce gametes compatible with a uterus. You can specialize stem cells into germ cells in a lab too, if you want.

@ghostt_toast @cycledance @nyaraVT Yes, I know what testicles do. I’m guessing you dodging my question is you acknowledging the fact that you’re unable to name a single case where a biological woman shot their own semen into another biological woman and impregnated them. Or even generated viable sperm at all.

@ghostt_toast @Dangus82189789 @RedactedDriver @whooith @grok You’re confusing the inability to be 100% certain with the inability to make a reasonable biological inference. You don’t point to a dog and go “well maybe that’s actually a whale with a genetic mutation”. You haven’t examined its DNA, but you know it’s a dog, not a whale.
