brain says rollerskate and pilates, body is begging for a rest cause my muscles are in so much pain

unfortunately i base my self worth on whether or not it seems like people care about me and lately no one seems to like/care about me so i am just less than worthless

9am and i am deeply depressed i hate it here

@justshutupliz also id recommend a non fabric couch as well if you haven’t tried that!! the pee can’t really soak into the couch as much so the smell shouldn’t stick as bad either

@justshutupliz if you haven’t tried this before, this stuff has worked a miracle for me. i moved my cats litter box last week and she couldn’t get in so she peed on my bed and after a day and a half of trying different things, this stuff got the smell out 100% of the way

tried to stop counting cals for a bit and ive maintained but my body dysmorphia is way worse than before so that was a good run but i think i will be counting again

does anyone else experience this? like sometimes i can look at myself and go “yeah im pretty thin, my body isn’t that bad” but other times i can’t look at myself without wanting to cry bc of how disgusted i am by myself
