i know skip is loved by the gp (all my irl friends love them) but being a skip fan in the heated rivalry fandom is like genuinely being in the trenches. the way ive never met a skip fan who isn’t the nicest person ever. just had to express my love for yall😘

@GimCandy @ilyasroza For sure - as someone who frequents all the apps I see the good and bad, but I think some ppl spend all their time in one little bubble and don’t get the broader picture of the goings on in the fandom, at all. X has a bad rep in general which doesn’t help, either

@GimCandy @ilyasroza I don’t disagree! I think public opinion is that most negativity/bullying comes from X, not realizing there are good ppl here too. The X app also thinks the oldies don’t know how fandoms work, when most online fandoms were pioneered by us 😑 But yes, social media is public!!😂🤦‍♀️

@giIbertine @ilyasroza I've been in fandoms since the 90s too. It's very naive to think what he posted on thread and the fact he posted is supposed to stay secret. I've also seen bad actors on thread. I'm not sure what gives them gatekeeping rights. Why say all his twitter fans are bad is very silly
