@hblodget They are floating rate interest rates based on SOFR plus a fixed margin. They are never set—they increase or decrease based on SOFR throughout the life of the loan.

@36ftv Last year a friend of mine sat next to the Tigger guy at a show and my friend asked him if he was the guy who ran on stage at the Nassau show. He said yes and showed my friend a photo time-stamped 4/4/98 where he’s posing with a Carvel cake that says “Carime is gonna get you.”
@36ftv The crowd in front was euphoric during the second set but we were very conscious that this guy with a Tigger backpack (who we had seen at a bunch of shows) was getting wilder than everyone else. Next thing we knew he was on stage and then diving right over us.

@36ftv I don’t have any first hand insight into how long it took to get set up between bands at Fillmore East but this article by @bourgwick notes that “the stage crew rotated custom wheeled drum risers and amplifiers for extra-quick set-changes.”
