@hblodget They are floating rate interest rates based on SOFR plus a fixed margin. They are never set—they increase or decrease based on SOFR throughout the life of the loan.

Hello, M&A experts! This is the “debt commitment letter” from Morgan Stanley to Elon Musk in which MS guarantees $12.5B of loans to fund the Twitter deal. Do you know if the rate was fixed last spring? Or will it be set at close? sec.gov/Archives/edgar…

@36ftv Last year a friend of mine sat next to the Tigger guy at a show and my friend asked him if he was the guy who ran on stage at the Nassau show. He said yes and showed my friend a photo time-stamped 4/4/98 where he’s posing with a Carvel cake that says “Carime is gonna get you.”

@36ftv The crowd in front was euphoric during the second set but we were very conscious that this guy with a Tigger backpack (who we had seen at a bunch of shows) was getting wilder than everyone else. Next thing we knew he was on stage and then diving right over us.

Our curveball episode is here! Join us as we travel back to 1998 for ... a Phish show? Actually, it's one of the best Phish shows ever: 4/3/98. We also talk (of course) a lot about the Dead, and how the two biggest jam bands ever are connected (and not). podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the…

@36ftv I don’t have any first hand insight into how long it took to get set up between bands at Fillmore East but this article by @bourgwick notes that “the stage crew rotated custom wheeled drum risers and amplifiers for extra-quick set-changes.” gothamist.com/arts-entertain…
