@davidcerdag toda mi solidaridad. He tenido un problema muy parecido y cuando lo escalé en LinkedIn a un máximo representante de Ikea me pidió disculpa y por email dijo que arreglaría todo. Puso en CC el jefe de operaciones que.. ni respondió nunca ni solucionó mi problema.
