I just chatted with @gtbank live customer care see what they are telling me. Please @cenbank @DefenceInfoNG @MobilePunch and all twitter community help me out please. @gtbank is refusing recall my money after several complains rather they are choosing to scam and humiliate me.

@gtbank is a big scam. I made a transfer on Sunday 25/09/2022 that the recipient bank @kudabank rejected and asked me to go back to my bank to recall the money. I went into @gtbank the next day Monday 26/09/2022 it is over 72 hours I am yet to see my money please help me.

@gtbank I am not sending you any direct message again cause I have tried all my best to be civil and patient but I was treated really badly by your staff. So I am calling on the Twitter community please help me shout to the world this unpleasantness that @gtbank has matted on me

Please @gtbank please recall and return my money back to my account. I am tired of going up and down and made a fool of by your staff. @centralbankofnigeria please be aware of the unprofessional behavior of @gtbank staff towards their customers. I am sad. Please help me.

I also went back to the bank again the next day Tuesday 27/09/2022. @gtbank staff kept turning me about in the name of upgrade. I went there again today and they are telling me that I made a wrong complain can you imagine after I have gone there like 2 times drenched in rain.
