A lot of gifted and 2e adults were never identified or put in accelerated courses as children. But this doesn’t mean you are “less gifted!” Every gifted experience is unique.

Gifted individuals may say yes to everything because they are afraid of disappointing people. This can lead to a lot of anxiety and stress. Keep in mind your limitations and know that it's OK to sometimes say no.
