@s_igu Just double checked and the status page seems to be fine on our end. If you're using a VPN, unfortunately you're going to get the "disable" note, otherwise we will have to manually review the signup, as said in the note. If you have more questions, just hit us up in Support.

It appears the multiple downstream incidents have been resolved 🎉. All Gigalixir services and components should be fully functional. As always, we'll keep monitoring and hit us at our Support if you see anything not behaving as expected so we can investigate.

Cloudflare & GCP services are appear recovering around the globe. Google notes that us-central1 has not recovered as of yet. We expect further recovery and a steady drop in impact in issues for new builds/deploys.

AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare are showing large outages. These are all downstream providers for us. At the moment, new builds/deploys are not going out. Applications continue to run, but degraded performance can be expected. Cloudflare, AWS, and GCP each seem to have issues.

@gigalixir Thanks for the quick reply! I was able to solve it by adding canonicals to all pages and have requested reindexing in Google Console, so I believe everything should be indexed correctly now. But I couldn’t actually reach Support - when I click on Help, it opens a blank page:

Running into an SEO curveball with my blog: I host it on Gigalixir, and every deployment there has a default domain (e.g., kostyapavlovsky.gigalixirapp.com). Despite setting up a custom domain, Google indexed some pages on the default domain, so links are pointing there instead🤦‍♂️
