@bhx_official @DazYardley The case is sitting in BHX airport and only needs to be sent to Murcia international. But it's 4 days and its still there. We will pick it up from the airport. But still nothing.

@bhx_official Absolutely pathetic service. My sister's luggage has been lost. She now has no clothes or paperwork and a one year old daughter, promises have been made to keep in touch to let her know where her luggage is and no correspondence at all.

@bhx_official @DazYardley Yes I have been trying to call the number given to me when I reported it but they won't answer or call me back. I even went back to the desk at the airport and they said they don't know anything.

@bhx_official @Ryanair @askryanair still no bag. Another Dublin flight missed. How difficult is it to put my bag on a direct flight? You've missed 3 flights now and still not answering my calls or calling me to tell me what's happening.

The staff here are no help and say they sent an email but can't phone or do anything else. They don't even call me to tell me the case hasn't arrived on the missed flight either. How is this customer service? @Ryanair @bhx_official

@bhx_official my suitcase has been sat in BHX airport for over 3 days doing nothing. They have missed putting it on 2 flights to get it to me. My 1 Yr old and myself still have no clothes here in Spain. @Ryanair is a disgrace.

I'd like to formally apologise to the @ofgem staff for losing my rag in a background briefing just now and saying its changes are a "fucking disgrace that sells consumers down the river".
I should've behaved better. My ire's institutional not individual, its was inappropriate...
