I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my delivery. I paid for home delivery, so it is completely unacceptable to now expect me to come and pick up my item myself. This defeats the entire purpose of the service I paid for. What is even more concerning is the recurring issue with your dispatch team falsely declaring “unsuccessful delivery due to failed attempt to reach client.” In this case, I have clear evidence that your dispatch rider only sent a text stating he was calling from GIGL. I responded immediately, confirming my availability to receive the package, yet there was no follow up call or delivery attempt afterward. This pattern reflects poorly on your operations and raises serious concerns about accountability and customer respect. It feels like customers are being taken for granted. To make matters worse, your customer service line is unresponsive. Calls go unanswered, leaving customers without any support or resolution channel At this point, I need my item delivered as originally agreed without any further excuses or delays. The experience with the Kubwa branch, in particular, has been highly unsatisfactory and requires urgent attention. Kindly treat this as a priority and ensure immediate resolution.If you want, I can tighten it even more or escalate it into something that really pressures them publicly. @GiGLogistics
