.@GIRLSETofficial your fans are genuinely fed up. where is the BTS content, or was nothing filmed? we are tired of these tiktoks every day. we are lacking in many areas: no vlogs to show the members’ true selves, the fan app has been untouched for 9 months since the commas era update, and there is little to no fan–artist communication. international fans want to interact with the members too, but fan interactions seem limited to los angeles and the united states only. please consider using the fan app or the members’ personal instagrams more actively. also, can we ask why a photoshoot done in november last year was only posted today by the photographer himself, and the interview was never released? this is confusing and frustrating for fans. tagging you because you kinda have a history for blocking fans for complaining about this little to no promoting. the north still remember that christmas calendar mess, so clearer communication with the fandom would really help *savanna and kendall photo is unrelated*
