a passing blow to champion of #evidencebasedmedicine ….not really understand the legality of ex-parte injunctions…looks like a one-sided affair #bringbacktheliverdr

Bengaluru Civil Court passes ex-parte injunction order to X to suspend the account of Dr Cyriac Abby Philips (@theliverdoc). The order was passed in a suit filed by Himalaya Wellness Corporation which alleged that @theliverdoc made defamatory allegations against the company.

@airvistara Thanks Deepshika. I completely agree technical issues are not uncommon & tat we cant fly until it is safe. When customer care is sought, Airvistara can communicate such delays transparently rather than falsely convincing that flight is already en route as per scheduled time.

Despite fours hours after scheduled flight departure, the customer care executives does nt even know if the flight UK21 (DEL-CDG) has departed or not. Pathetic support from @airvistara

Their customer care executive claims that the flight has already departed as scheduled.. whereas the aircraft had not taken off even after four hours of scheduled departure due to technical reason @airvistara

This graphic has been passed around a lot by the ivermectin crowd, so I thought I'd very briefly explain why it's quite clearly incorrect 1/10
