Gallup poll shows execs feel they've rapidly & profoundly increased agility. Employees disagree: gallup.com/workplace/3158… My 2c: Problem is execs delegate change, which is then faked. The result is agile go-faster stripes over their fundamentally unchanged & glacially moving orgs.
