Having used a @GilletteUK Mach 3 razor for most of my adult life I’m going to have change my brand loyalty and go on search of something new. I don’t know what they’ve done to them in the last 12 months but I cannot get a good, close shave anymore. I’m out of here Gillette.

@gilletteuk Been using these super razors for many years...any plans to sell JUST the detachable blades as there is so much plastic waste with 7 pointless handles in every pack (8 if using the same one). I'd pay the same for just blades #TheBestAPlanetCanGet

@GilletteUK I’ve been using your products for over 40 years since I began shaving but I’ve never had this happened with a razor before in all that time. I knicked my face a little bit before it fell off the razor! It hadn’t been dropped or damaged in any way prior to this

@GilletteUK hi need some help. Ive used Venus razors since they were launched and never had any problems. But for some reason this blade just didn't work...help (photo attached). Should say I've changed to another blade and it worked fine..tks

@GilletteUK why can’t you action a simple return? Absolutely shocking customer service. I receive the wrong item from my subscription which incidentally has been running since 2019 and you have the audacity to cancel my subscription without my permission and I can’t get refunded!
