Gilmore celebrated Pride Day last week to promote inclusivity and acceptance. The next day, everyone was encouraged to wear something that makes them feel proud. We had an empowering assembly too. This week, we are working on an all school art project to be revealed soon! 🏳️‍🌈

This week, we welcomed our new September Kindergarten families to Gilmore! Fun was had by all as families went from station to station to learn more about our wonderful school community. We are looking forward to seeing you back in September! #BurnabySchools

Truth & Reconciliation at Gilmore: Many primary & intermediate students wrote their own personal land acknowledgments. Such a powerful way to honour the unceded territories we live, learn, and play.
