No run yesterday as foot has started hurting. It’s right in the middle of the ball of the foot. I will go do legs today at the gym though.

I went physio yesterday and he said I could go back to the gym again but he said I can’t deadlift until I can hold a plank for 1 minute without shaking. I am happy about this but apprehensive as worried about re-injury. I’m going for a run tonight and a legs session tomorrow.

My back is feeling a lot better this weekend. Less sore and stiff but not 100% yet. If this week goes ok I’m hopeful I’ll be able to go back to the gym on Saturday (if not earlier)

The more I reflect on yesterday's Unite the Kingdom march the more I think it must've been truly terrifying for people who are not white. I think immigration does need to be addressed however I don't agree with yesterday's march.

Thing is, the 'United the Kingdom' march literally turns central London into a 'no go zone'. I'd be literally risking my safety if I went into central London. Now think about, say, Muslim families. It's a march defined by unapologetic hatred of Muslims.
