Bringing my Telly-winning short doc, “Legacy,” to the Feminist Border Arts Film Festival in Las Cruces this weekend and speaking on a panel about Media Arts and activism AND just won an Honorable Mention at the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival.

I just finished voting for the first time as a TV Academy member and was thrilled to see so many friends and their projects on the nomination ballot. I was also happy to see a significant number of BIPOC and queer community members represented on the list! #emmy
