things that happened while i was away: - no weightloss :( - drinking got a little out of control again - best colleague at work quit :( - barely seeing bf anymore as he's working even more than usual - boytoy is very sweet & i'm also dating a girl now - no progress in workouts :(

today's todos: - clean the kitchen - go to uni to image cells - cardio & strenght training - burn 3056kcal

met up with two friends to vent abt my bf yesterday & had 3 campari spritz. my wl today good. i'm scared that it's just water weight lost due to the alcohol. i'm going to chug some water & weigh myself again & then log that

i'm never letting my bf get the groceries again. he's always fucking something up & then won't even apologize.

i'm 1,1kg away from my weekly wl goal. mostly regain (probs food weight) but i'm losing my mind here

i've decided that i'm not going to be secretive abt my ed anymore. i'm just going to own it. my closest friends know that i have issues with food anyways and "oh i can't eat that, i have an ed" shuts people up way quicker than "oh i can't eat that i'm trying to diet"

bf finally got us new supplements now i just gotta nag him until he refills my hyaluronic acid he's been using
